General Conditions of Sale (GCS) – FuturopIA Studio

1. Company Information

The website https://www.futuropia-studio.com is published and operated by FuturopIA by JumpCo SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company, represented by Mr. Sébastien Di Nicolantonio in his capacity as President.

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales concluded between FuturopIA by JumpCo SAS (hereinafter “the Seller” or “FuturopIA Studio”) and any natural or legal person (hereinafter “the Customer”) wishing to purchase a product or service through the aforementioned website.

Any order implies the Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs, which prevail over any other document unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Seller.

3. Products and Services Covered

FuturopIA Studio offers, among others:

  • E-learning courses and programs (asynchronous or hybrid);

  • Digital products (educational kits, games, downloadable files, pedagogical licenses);

  • Consulting and support services in AI and education;

  • And, where applicable, physical products (books, printed materials, or educational boxes).

Descriptions, visuals, and prices displayed on the website are for informational purposes only.
FuturopIA Studio reserves the right to modify or update its catalog at any time.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (TTC), unless otherwise stated.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, while guaranteeing the Customer the rate in effect at the time of the order.

Additional charges (shipping, licenses, optional services, etc.) may apply and are clearly stated before payment validation.

5. Orders and Validation

Any order placed on the website involves the following steps:

  • Selection of the desired product or service;

  • Express acceptance of these T&Cs;

  • Full payment via the secure payment methods provided;

  • Receipt of an automatic confirmation email.

The contract is deemed concluded on the date of payment validation by the secure platform (Stripe, PayPal, or any other authorized provider).

The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom a prior dispute or payment issue exists.

6. Delivery and Access

Digital Products:

Immediate delivery upon payment confirmation, either via download link or access to the learning platform (Teachizy, Coursebox, or equivalent).

In the event of a technical issue, the Customer must contact support@futuropia-studio.com.

Physical Products:

Shipment within 3 to 7 business days, depending on stock availability.
The maximum delivery period shall not exceed 30 days.

7. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of order, via credit card, PayPal, or any other secure payment method accepted by FuturopIA Studio.

The Customer guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the selected payment method.
No discounts are applied for early payment.

In the case of installment payments or subscription plans, the Customer agrees to respect the agreed schedule.
Any payment incident may result in the immediate suspension of access to the service without compensation.

8. Right of Withdrawal

a. Digital Products

Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-physical medium once:

“execution has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and explicit waiver of the right of withdrawal.”

By validating their order, the Customer expressly acknowledges:

  • that they gain immediate access to the content; and

  • that they waive their right of withdrawal.

b. Physical Products

The Customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of goods, in accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item in perfect condition.

9. Intellectual Property

All content produced by FuturopIA Studio (texts, videos, visuals, logos, games, modules, scripts, methods, storylines, artistic works, etc.) is protected under French copyright law and the Intellectual Property Code.

Any reproduction, distribution, resale, modification, translation, extraction, or reuse—partial or total—without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes an act of counterfeiting (Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the CPI).

The Customer acquires only a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of use, strictly limited to their own learning or the purpose specified in the license contract.

10. Liability

FuturopIA Studio undertakes to provide services of quality consistent with their description but shall not be held liable for:

  • temporary interruptions of website or platform access;

  • data loss caused by the user;

  • indirect damages resulting from misuse of the service.

The total liability of FuturopIA by JumpCo SAS shall in no case exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the product concerned.

11. Personal Data and Confidentiality

Data collected during orders or website use is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) and our Privacy Policy.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to an event of force majeure (Article 1218 of the French Civil Code), including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, computer failures, or large-scale internet outages.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute or claim, and failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts within the jurisdiction of FuturopIA by JumpCo SAS’s registered office.

For consumer customers, and in accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, free recourse to a consumer mediation service is available before initiating legal proceedings.

15. Non-Waiver Clause

Failure by the Seller to invoke a breach by the Customer of any obligation shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to invoke that breach at a later date.

16. Amendments to the T&Cs

FuturopIA by JumpCo SAS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The applicable version is the one in effect on the date of the order, as published on the website.

17. Acceptance

By confirming a purchase on the website futuropia-studio.com, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
