Refund Policy

1. Purpose

This Refund Policy sets out the terms and conditions under which a customer may obtain a full or partial refund following a purchase made from FuturopIA Studio, a brand operated by FuturopIA by JumpCo SAS, via the website https://www.futuropia-studio.com.

It applies to all digital products, training services, subscriptions, educational licenses, and consulting services offered by FuturopIA Studio.

2. General Principle

All sales made through our website are considered final and binding, except in cases expressly provided for by law or by the present policy.

However, FuturopIA Studio undertakes to handle every refund request with fairness, professionalism, and goodwill, in accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

3. Digital Products and Online Training

a. Digital Content Delivered Immediately

In accordance with Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-physical medium (download or online access) once:

“execution has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.”

By confirming their purchase, the customer:

  • acknowledges immediate access to the purchased content (training, kit, module, downloadable resource); and

  • expressly waives the right of withdrawal.

No refunds will therefore be granted after access activation or product download.

b. Technical Error or Duplicate Payment

In case of a billing error, duplicate payment, or technical incident preventing access to the product, FuturopIA Studio will issue a full refund after verification.
The customer must notify the issue by email to support@futuropia-studio.com within 7 days of the order date.

4. Training, Workshops, and Coaching

a. Scheduled or Live Training (in person, video, or workshop)

Cancellation by the customer:

  • Up to 7 days before the start date → 100% refund.

  • Between 7 and 3 days before → 50% refund.

  • Less than 72 hours before → no refund (but session rescheduling may be offered).

Cancellation by FuturopIA Studio:
If a session is cancelled due to organizational, technical, or health-related reasons, the customer will:

  • either receive a full refund, or

  • be rescheduled for another session of their choice.

b. Individual Coaching and Consulting

Personalized services (AI coaching, professional mentoring, strategic consulting) are non-refundable once the first session has been completed or preparatory work has begun.

5. Educational Licenses and Subscriptions

a. B2B / B2G Licenses

Licenses, usage rights, and institutional subscriptions are governed by specific contracts.
No refunds will be granted once the contract has been validated and the service activated, except in cases of proven fault attributable to FuturopIA by JumpCo SAS.

b. Individual Subscriptions

Monthly or annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time via the customer account.
However, no prorated refund will be issued for the current billing period.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.

6. Exceptional Cases

FuturopIA Studio may, at its sole discretion, grant a partial refund or store credit in the following situations:

  • a clear ordering error by the customer;

  • a justified dissatisfaction reported within 7 days of purchase, provided no significant portion of the content has been accessed or downloaded;

  • a persistent technical issue preventing access despite intervention from our support team.

Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our Quality Department, which may propose:

  • a credit for an equivalent product;

  • a rescheduling to another session; or

  • a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

7. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be made in writing to:

The message must include:

  • the customer’s full name,

  • the order date,

  • the invoice or transaction number, and

  • the detailed reason for the request.

Customer service will review the request within 5 to 10 business days and provide a written decision.
If approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from FuturopIA Studio’s confirmation.

8. Refund Methods

  • Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Cash refunds are not available.

  • Transaction fees (bank or platform fees) are non-refundable unless the error is attributable to FuturopIA Studio.

  • Any return shipping costs for physical products remain the customer’s responsibility.

9. Products or Services Purchased Through Partners

Some FuturopIA Studio products may be sold through partner platforms or marketplaces (Teachizy, Coursebox, Genially, AppSumo, etc.).
In such cases, the refund policy of the partner applies.
FuturopIA Studio can only handle refund requests for purchases made directly on its official website.

10. Disputes and Mediation

In the event of a disagreement regarding a refund decision, customers may contact the competent consumer mediation service free of charge:

If no amicable solution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts within the jurisdiction of FuturopIA by JumpCo SAS’s registered office, in accordance with French law.

11. Policy Updates

FuturopIA by JumpCo SAS reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect:

  • changes in legislation,

  • new offers or services, or

  • updates to our commercial practices.
