Delivery Policy

1. Purpose
This Delivery Policy sets out the terms and conditions for access, download, or shipping of products and services offered by FuturopIA Studio, a brand operated by FuturopIA by JumpCo SAS, through the website https://www.futuropia-studio.com.
It applies to all individual (B2C) and professional (B2B) clients who make purchases through our platforms.
2. Nature of Products and Services
FuturopIA Studio primarily provides:

Digital products (online courses, licenses, educational kits, downloadable files, e-learning access);

Service-based offerings (training, coaching, consulting, AI support, etc.);
-
And occasionally physical products (educational books, printed materials, learning kits, or branded items).
Depending on the nature of the product, delivery methods may vary as follows:
3. Digital Products and Online Services
a. Immediate Access
Digital products (courses, licenses, kits, downloadable resources, etc.) are delivered immediately after payment confirmation, either:

via a download link, or
-
via direct access to the learning platform (Teachizy, Coursebox, or any other LMS in use).
The customer receives a confirmation email containing:
-
the access link,
-
login credentials, and
-
if applicable, instructions for use.
b. Activation Time
Access is generally provided instantly after payment but may take up to 24 business hours in cases requiring manual verification, user setup, or instructor account creation.
4. Physical Products (if applicable)
In the rare case of a physical product sale (books, printed educational kits, boxes, etc.), the following conditions apply:

Delivery area: Mainland France and the European Union (other regions available upon request).

Carriers: La Poste, Colissimo, or an equivalent service.

Average delivery time: 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

Shipping fees: Displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent by email once the product has been dispatched.

Transport risks: FuturopIA Studio cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.
5. Delay or Non-Delivery
a. Digital Products
If the customer has not received the access link within 24 business hours, they must:

check their spam or junk mail folder, and
-
contact our support team at support@futuropia-studio.com.
We guarantee a response within 48 business hours.
b. Physical Products
If delivery is delayed by more than 10 business days, the customer may request:
-
cancellation of the order with a full refund, or
-
a replacement shipment.
6. Technical Issues
If access to the learning platform is interrupted or a technical problem occurs (login error, unavailable server, invalid credentials), FuturopIA Studio undertakes to:
-
restore service as quickly as possible,
-
extend access if necessary, and
-
provide personalized assistance.

7. Right of Withdrawal
a. Digital Products
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-physical medium (download or online access) once execution has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and explicit waiver of the withdrawal right.
By confirming their order, the customer acknowledges having waived the right of withdrawal once the digital product has been downloaded or made accessible.
b. Physical Products
Customers have a 14-day period from receipt of goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing justification, in accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
Returned items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Billing and Confirmation
Each order generates an electronic invoice, sent by email after payment.
This invoice serves as proof of purchase and specifies the type of product delivered (digital or physical).
